We were very pleased with the entire process with Apex Fireplaces in planning, designing, and the completion of the new fireplace and chimney in our cabin. From the very beginning, everyone at Apex was very helpful and informative. The service was excellent. The actual construction of the fireplace was always done with incredible attention to protecting the cabin during the construction. Floors were covered, and plastic sheeting was used to keep dust and construction materials from affecting other areas of the cabin. Plastic was even brought up to the top of the high vaulted ceiling to seal off the work area. The finished fireplace is excellent and looks beautiful. The workmanship is top level. We highly recommend Apex Fireplaces for any proposed project that you have in mind. We are very happy customers.

On short notice and over the holidays in Dec, I contacted Apex and left a voice mail in a rush to get insurance for a new cabin my wife and I had purchased. The cabin's wood stove required a WETT inspection as a condition of insurance. The Apex offices were closed so I assumed I may have to delay taking title on the cabin until I could get the inspection. However, Santana from Apex surprisingly called me back within a day, again, still on holidays. She walked me through how we COULD get this done on time and then followed through with their esteemed inspector Keith who completed the inspection/remediation very quickly. Amazing, above and beyond service experience from Apex and I will definitely be calling again! Thanks so much Santana...your extraordinary efforts are appreciated!

Knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful staff! Nicole is always so pleasant when you call and it’s always Very helpful. Mark is very knowledgeable, helpful and goes above and beyond! Suntana (Sorry, I hope that’s the right spelling) is very helpful and responsive especially when assisting with insurance questions and WETT inspections. Thanks for the great service!

Everything was perfect from our first meeting to the completion of our new fireplace, shelving and mantle! When we first entered the store we spoke with Barb who was very knowledgeable and professional. Mark came to our house measured up our wall, we had a discussion on our vision and he completed 3D drawings of what our new fireplace project would look like including colors etc. He was friendly, patient and knowledgable. Mark came to our house the first day along with the crew, Cody and Darren. The crew was meticulous, and respectful and completed exactly on time as promised. Great Job!!
